欧文打手为何不犯规因为小卡的手此时并不是“手”

通过回放，我们可以看到，欧文打手这一下，确确实实是打在了莱昂纳德的手上。
但是，因为莱昂纳德被打的这部分手触碰着球，因此这个打手适用“球手一体”规则。 NBA规则中“个人犯规”的e条款有写：“进攻球员与球接触的手被视作球的一部分，在这部分上产生的接触是合规的（Contact which occurs on the hand of the offensive player, while that part of the hand is in contact with the ball, is legal.）。”
当值主裁马克-戴维斯表示，欧文的接触是与“球”产生的，所以挑战成功！
